Randy J. Story – President & CEO

Randy J. Story is AmeriFunds Diversified Funding, LLC's founder and since inception in 2004, has been its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Story has an extensive financial and real estate background including over 20 years experience in the securities industry. As a self-employed investor involved in the investment and management of real estate, he has owned a number of properties over the years. Prior to 2004, Mr. Story was an investment banker and securities broker, working with institutional and private investors, making investment decisions for his clients and managing their investment portfolio. Mr. Story has had experience purchasing and brokering Mortgage Notes in the secondary market since 1990. He has previously held series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses, allowing him to sell securities and supervise brokerage firm employees. Mr. Story has trained sales teams in several financial firms and has held positions as Regional Vice President and Vice President of Corporate finance for two investment banking firms. Mr. Story has also been involved in the funding of initial public offerings, private placement offerings and bridge loans for small to medium size growth companies. Mr. Story received his BA in Banking and Finance from the University of Wisconsin.


Melissa A. Story – Chief Operations Officer

Melissa joined ADF in 2011 as the company's marketing and sales executive. She has an extensive background in real estate, mortgage financing, sales and marketing. These qualifications offer a substantial assistance to the organization as she works beside her mentor and father, Randy J. Story founder and CEO of ADF. Melissa graduated from the University of Phoenix with a BA in Business and an MBA. In 2012, Melissa earned the title of Chief Operations Officer. Melissa assists in formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of sales and marketing materials including human resources for the company.


Vanessa Britt – Director of Acquisitions

Mrs. Britt joined ADF in 2009. She brings over 12 years of underwriting, processing, and closing experience to her position of Senior Underwriter. She is responsible for all aspects of due diligence in the note buying process. From 2008 to 2009 she was self-employed as an underwriter/processor, and from 2001 to 2008 she was transaction manager/underwriter for Bayview Financial, LLC.


Chris Kase – Compliance/Investor Relations

Chris joined ADF in 2009 as the Client Services Manager, and has recently transitioned to the Compliance Manager position working with investor and regulatory issues. Chris has several years of experience in the financial auditing and compliance field in both the mortgage and banking industry. His experience will help maintain support between ADF and it's clients.


Clint Hinman – Fund Analyst

Mr. Hinman has held executive positions for more than 18 years in the note buying business, managing the marketing, due diligence, underwriting, processing, funding, appraisal review, pricing, negotiation and post-closing processes.


Traci Jo Reed – Senior Underwriter Executive

Traci Jo joined ADF in April, 2010. She brings over 25 years of underwriting, processing, closing and contract purchasing experience to her position. As ADF's Senior Underwriter Traci Jo is responsible for all aspects of due diligence in the note buying process, as well as back up assistance in the quoting and closing process. She began her career in 1986 at Metropolitan Mortgage & Securities, first as a processor/closer, then Branch Manager. In 1998 she became a Contract Buyer for Metropolitan and continued until they closed their doors in 2005. From 2005-2010 Traci worked as a closing processor for The Boston Note Company.


Debbie Berkman – Loan Servicing Manager

Debbie joined ADF in February 2011. She worked at community bank in Washington State handling Consumer, Commercial, Consumer RE, Commercial RE, and Land loans for 8 ½ years. Debbie has extensive experience with loan applications, preparing documents, title companies and other financial government entities. Debbie's knowledge as a loan officer, collection specialist, and loan modifications professional has been a tremendous asset to ADF and guiding clients to get back on track.
